30' class A is a great size for starters. Fits into every spot and road I've needed to take it on. The rear view camera is a great assistant while driving and when backing in to spaces. The solar panel on top ensures batteries are getting charged if you are camping in a place without electric hook ups. It has two slide outs, one in the living area and one for the bedroom. I really like how the living area, kitchen, and dinette are set up to make a more social interaction environment. Turn the drivers seat and the passenger seat around and you've got a great living space for hanging out with family and friends. There's a flat screen tv, blu-ray player, dvd player, and even a vhs player. Remotes for all of them. There's a tv in the bedroom as well. It also has a outdoor shower and a convenient lever on the water tank to switch from "fill" to "water hookup" without having to change where the hose goes in the water tank. Oh, and also, the shower and bathroom are separate areas.

We were overwhelmingly pleased with our experience with Randy, as well as the actual RV. Randy was pleasant, quick to respond, well informed, super flexible, and all around a nice person. The RV was AWESOME - it feels airy and light and the flow was ideal for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). It was so great that other families traveling with us would come hang with us in our RV, because it was so inviting. We were so sad to return it...wish we could've stayed in it for way longer! It was a pleasure doing business with Randy and will most definitely do it again!

I want to be positive because we enjoyed ourselves.... but before we could load our belongings we had to unload minimal, mismatched, dirty linens and food and then vacuum it. I would recommend the unit either have clean matching linens and towels or don't offer to include them at all. I would say clean, clean, clean and remove personal belongings. The queen mattress was very comfortable. Some blinds and the awning needs to be cleaned and or repaired or replaced.
