Yasmin was responsive and communicated promptly. Unfortunately, the RV is cheaply made, with a lot of plastic and poor material choices throughout. We were charged an additional $435 for “water damage” after the MDF trim around the shower absorbed water, expanded, and began falling apart. MDF is not appropriate for a wet area, and this damage occurred after normal shower use. In my opinion, it was caused by cheap materials and poor construction, not misuse. We booked the RV for two nights but stayed only one because our entire family became sick. As a courtesy, we did not ask for a refund for the unused night, yet we were still charged extra for damage. We also ran out of fresh water on the first day, while the shower and sink backed up and overflowed, suggesting the waste tanks may not have been emptied before delivery or there was another issue with the water system. I cannot recommend this RV. It appears to be falling apart, and guests may be charged for damage that is difficult to avoid during normal use.
