Modern and new hardly used upgraded amenities. 3 automatic slide outs. On demand hot water. Full stand up shower. Heat and air conditioning. Outside fridge and integrated propane grill. Retractable awning, must be pulled in with high winds. Exterior sound system. 55 inch led flat screen and cozy electric fireplace heater. Private master, sheets, towels, coffee maker, toaster. This unit has one queen bed, one twin bed and one full size bed. We will include a comfy adult camping bed.

Full dual 20 pound propane tanks, 100 AH deep cycle battery, power leveling, Hitch leveling system (prevents sway in transit). One ton truck available. Please see add on section for details.

We are firm on the non smoking policy. If we notice an odor of anything related to any type of smokable product, we will not hesitate to keep the security deposit. Please use any of our linens and dishes to include pantry items as you’d like. Sheets are new and we provide 4 queen pillows. Make this your home during your stay. Pets are family too and always welcome. Please note that we fully observe the Outdoorsy cancellation policies. Please read the policies before booking your rental. Wonderful, roomy camper! My family of 5 stayed very comfortable in here for a 5 night camping trip. Shawna was great to work with! Would highly recommend renting from them!

This camper is just like the pictures. This was our first rental so I was very nervous . Shawna was great. Great communication, quick responses to any questions I had. The camper is roomy and clean. Great 1st time experience. We will rent from them again.
