• **Rules of the Road** - • Please drive safely and follow all posted speed limits and traffic laws. - • The trailer must only be towed by an approved vehicle and verified driver when towing is required. - • Please allow extra stopping distance and drive at a safe speed for road and weather conditions. - • No smoking inside the camper. - • Please do not overload the trailer or tow it beyond the vehicle’s rated capacity. - • Secure all interior items, cabinets, and doors before traveling. - • Do not travel with the awning extended, slide-outs extended, or exterior equipment unsecured. - • Please check that all exterior connections are properly disconnected and secured before moving the trailer. - • If you experience any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or safety issue during your trip, please contact me before attempting repairs whenever possible. - • The camper should be returned in the same general condition in which it was received. Excessive cleaning, damage, or misuse may result in additional charges according to the rental agreement. - • Most importantly, take your time, drive safely, and enjoy your trip in The Real Escape! 😊 - • ## Tank Requirement ## - • Before returning the camper, the **black water tank and gray water tank must be emptied and properly dumped** at an approved RV dump station, unless a tank service option has been arranged with The Real Escape. • Please do not return the camper with full or substantially full holding tanks unless tank service has been requested or included in your reservation. • If the tanks are not properly emptied upon return and no tank service has been arranged, a **Tank Service charge may apply** according to the rental agreement. • Please do not attempt to open, service, or repair any tank or plumbing component beyond normal dumping procedures. If you are unsure how to properly dump the tanks, please contact me before returning the camper. -
