The Gypsy mobile is your luxury home on the road. This is not your basic Cruise America RV, she has windows galore, a huge slide out, and tons of storage. We provide 2 to 3 hours of instructions on how all the systems work and we finish with a instructional drive around town if necessary. The slide out is huge and the excessive amount of windows make her feel significantly bigger than comparable length models. There is a Queen pillow top mattress on the main bed and she sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids in beds (Queen above cab, Queen in the main back bedroom, Full on the bed that folds out from the couch, and a short twin on the table that becomes a bed). It is big, but surprisingly easy to drive. We will walk you though everything, which usually takes 2 hours or more, and even take you for a drive. We are happy to give you advice, we have driven RVs all over the West Coast and have lots of good advice to give, and know dozens of gorgeous places to camp within a few a few hours of Denver. We recommend that you stay in RV parks with hookups because boon docking adds a whole new level of skill and lots can go wrong. Spending a night or two without hookups is fine, but you’ll appreciate everything that the RV parks have to offer and will make your trip much more stress free.If you park at RV parks, you may have hook ups, which could mean nothing more than a power cord that will allow you to run lights, AC, fridge, and microwave without turning on the generator, to more luxurious amenities like TV, Wifi and black and grey water hook ups....maybe even filtered water. We can provide kitchenware, sheets, pillows, comforters, and pillows, but we have it listed as an "Add-on" charge so you can save money if you what to bring your own. And bonus, all the kitchenware, and linens are Made in the USA.Deposit will be forfeited if you take it off road, abuse or smoke in it.If this is your 1st RV adventure you have a lot to learn, and we are happy to help. What's includedSewer and dump equipment

You will want to have RV sites reserved at least every 2 days unless you have experience with RVs. We have traveled all over the West coast, and can help with planning. Other things to noteAs with all Class C RVs, it should not be driven over 65mph. You are responsible for all damages that occur while it is in your possession (with the exception of mechanical issues.) and for the lost rental income while it is getting fixed if it is damaged.Linens, kitchenware, tables, chairs, propane fire place, portable grill, bike rack (2, 4, and 6 carriers) are available upon request.Deposit will be forfeited if you take it off road. Smooth, maintained dirt or gravel roads are fine, but if you wouldn't take a low profile 2wd car on it, the RV shouldn't be on it.
Deposit may be forfeited if you drive it over 65.
Deposit may be forfeited if you smoke in it.
Deposit may be forfeited if you get on the roof without permission.
Fees will be charged if you bring it back late. We are very flexible with pick up and drop off, but if you bring it back after the agreed upon time, you will be charged a fee.
$100 fee for bringing it back with grey or black tanks showing anything but empty on the control panel. Flushing multiple times may be required if control panel does not show empty after you empty it.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, there are many, and we will spend as much time as necessary at the hand off going over as many as we can. We want you to leave feeling confident with all the systems and how to drive it.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
It is a 30 AMP system, which is the most common. For water, you can plug into the water at an RV campground, or use the onboard 50gal water tank. We will go over sewer and all the above when we meet. No worries....I want you to be able to use, and take care of my RV like I do.
