Frequently asked questions

Q.

I unlocked the front door. Why won’t the handle open?

A.

To open the front door, you have to push the door in with your free hand while pulling the handle.

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We’ll try to be completely flexible for your trip. See pricing for delivery mileage fees, and add-ons for setup/teardown, dumping, and propane fees.

Q.

How can I avoid the Excessive Cleaning Fee?

A.

When you return the rental, we expect to have to sanitize linens and surfaces, sweep, and clean bugs off the front. For everything else, such as scrubbing off food burnt on to the stove, fabric stains, or mud caked on the exterior. we charge an Excessive Cleaning Fee. We may charge a fraction of this fee depending on how bad the mess is.

How can I avoid the dumping fee?

A.

Return the vehicle with empty gray and black water tanks. You do not have to empty the fresh water tank.

We’re a family of four that got into RV camping during the pandemic and have since traveled all over the US from the Olympic Peninsula to the Florida Keys. We love boondocking and want to share our sweet ride with other folks looking to explore in style!
