You are about to embark on an adventure in a comfortable and relaxing travel trailer for you and your family. Whether you are camping for a few days or need the trailer on a month basis, you will not be disappointed.This trailer is filled with everything you need to have one of the most meaningful and restful vacations you have ever had. This trailer sleeps up to 10 people! It has three bunk beds in the rear with its own couch and lounging area so the kids can have some alone time away from their parents.The beautiful kitchen table collapses down to sleep 3 people, and the comfortable couch folds down to sleep 2 people. The private master bed room has a wonderful memory foam short queen bed. All sheets and blankets are included. We do not provide pillows.The kitchen is filled with all the amenities you will ever need. The kitchen is loaded with an oven, three burner stove, microwave, beautiful deep sink, and an amazing refrigerator that can hold all of your food.To help you get into the vacation mood, the trailer has a bluetooth sound system with speakers inside and outside so you can enjoy your favorite tunes. The trailer also has a 32" television with satellite and a fireplace to add to the ambiance.We have a giant 9 person tent and Razor grill and griddle you can use at an additional cost. This trailer comes with everything you need to enjoy your much needed vacation. All you need to bring are the food and drinks.Delivery is preferred unless you have experience towing.We have a duel fuel generator for rent as well. It is $10 a day for 4 hours a day.If you need it delivered and picked up on a Sunday please check with me first before booking. I work most Sundays and cannot pick the unit up before 1:00pm. Some camp grounds allow late check out as wellThere is a fee if returned dirty and gray/black tanks are full. Please see add ons for more info.Monthly Rental (28+ days) Discount is 20%What's includedThis trailer comes with Linens, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Cups, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Cooking Utensils, Toilet Paper, Cleaning Supplies, Weight Distribution Hitch, and of course Marshmallow and Hot Dog roasting sticks. Will deliver and set up the trailer for a fee.RecommendationsThere are many beautiful campsites in Northern California. Closest camp ground to us is Henry Cowell State Park. If you like camping in the mountains surround by Red Woods, this is the camp ground for you. Other things to notePets are welcome. No smoking.

Josh was such a pleasure to work with, and the RV was exactly as advertised. We have three small children, and the setup was perfect. For fellow coffee lovers, there's a percolator, Keurig, and a french press. This was our first "camping" trip as a family and we all loved it. Highly recommend working with Josh, and we also thought the campground - Memorial Park - was set up wonderfully for families.

The outdoor grill was fabulous and so useful. I also enjoyed the Keurig and the pans! I might buy some of the pans myself I liked them that much! The trailer was well stocked with seasonings and cleaning supplies. Everyone was comfortable and slept great!

The trailer was perfect for my family that arrived to visit us. It had everything they needed and they were very appreciative of that. It was in immaculate condition and had all the amenities, cleaning items, sheets and covers for the beds, and even an instruction book on how to operate the appliances. It couldn't have been any better. Josh was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and concerns ahead of time. He delivered the trailer and set up everything for us. There was even a grill and camp chairs. When we had questions, it was very easy to communicate with him. It was a wonderful experience for us as well as my daughter, son-in-law and 2-year-old grandson. We would definitely do this again if they were to come visit us here.

Let me start out by saying that I love camping. I know that may seem obvious since we have a camping trailer, but I genuinely do. Very few things in life can bring a family together, like camping. Leaving all the stress and anxiety behind allows you to focus on yourself and your family. I have been camping my whole life. I grew up camping every summer in the Redwoods or by the ocean since I was born. I am 41, married, and have two children so we carry that tradition ourselves. I am a pastor and my wife is a school counselor, and it may seem strange, but we cannot wait every year to escape the anxiety and stress and go camping. When we camp, my wife and I can focus on each other and see the fantastic individuals our children are becoming. Every time we go camping we not only carry on our camping traditions from previous years, but we somehow create new traditions as well. It truly is a beautiful time together in the outdoors away from everything. When we bought our trailer, my wife and I decided to rent it out so that others could have the chance to escape their anxiety and stress and go camping. We will do whatever we can to provide that escape for anyone renting our trailer. I hope you can experience what my family and I experience whenever we go camping. You truly will not regret it.
