Sleeps 4 comfortably & maybe another kiddo if smaller. Has a separate master bedroom and benches that can be used as two twin beds or together for a king size bed.
Dog friendly, NO cats.
Big enough to fit a 4 seater side by side or another toy. (90” wide ramp x 81” tall entrance)
“Garage” area is 73” wide and 164” long.
Ramp can turn to a elevated patio that can hold up to 1400lbs of fun!
Full bathroom and outside shower too.
Weight distribution hitch will be supplied for towing.
Fridge, furnace and A/C run off of electric.
There is also a mini fridge and a cooktop on the outside for beverages and outdoor cooking.
40 gal Fresh/ Grey/ Black water tanks.
Renter responsible for gray and black water dumping.-Generator available for a fee.
-Can be delivered to campsite for additional fee
-Sleeps 4-5 (4 adults or a family of 5 with young children)

-$100 Standard cleaning fee will be deducted if camper is not cleaned prior to return.
