Our camper is very maneuverable and easy to tow due to its small size! However, its ground clearance is not intended for rugged dirt road use. This camper is made for 2WD roads. Please avoid any rough roads.Other things to note*We welcome pets but we don't want to know they were there. :)
*Please no smoking.
*Backing it up can be tricky, it's squirrely, Just go slow and have a spotter. =)

Review summary
Highly accommodating and communicative host
Rob is consistently praised for being extremely accommodating and flexible with pickup/drop-off times. He provides thorough equipment orientations, responds promptly, and goes above and beyond to assist guests.
Very easy and smooth to tow
The 1300 lb trailer is super light and easy to tow, performing smoothly. It's well-equipped with a great kitchen, comfy bed, storage, and is clean. Note for taller guests: it can feel cramped.

5.0Rob, the host, could not have been better! He was extremely accommodating and flexible with pickup and drop-off times. He was very thorough in his explanations for all the equipment. And everything seemed to work as intended. At just 1300 lbs this trailer was really great to tow - super smooth. But this was the first time I had a chance to use a teardrop and I have to say, at 6 feet tall, this was rather cramped. So, I had to sleep diagonally and was fortunately alone. I think teardrops are best for shorter, single people. For two sleeping people it would be pretty tough. I'm sure this is true for most, if not all, teardrop campers. Again, I couldn't recommend this host more highly!

5.0Rob’s assistance was the best part. He patiently walked me through the details of pulling, driving and setting up the RV. LOVED the kitchen. Ideal. Plus, easy access and comfy bed.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible for pick-up times and drop offs.
Q.
What type of trailer to vehicle electrical connection is there?
A.
The trailer has a 7-pin electrical hook up to your vehicle. We do have an adapter for a 7-pin to a 4-pin that can be borrowed at the time of pickup.
Q.
Does the water and sink work?
A.
The sink has been removed. The water cap is sealed closed. We don't put water in the camper, nor allow renters to either. So we suggest bringing extra water to wash hands and dishes.
