• A Note Before You Go We want every trip to be stress-free — for you and for the guests who come after you. These simple guidelines help make that happen. We're always happy to walk you through anything at pickup. • Towing Requirements Minimum 5,000 lb towing capacity required — verify your vehicle rating before booking. Max speed 65 mph; avoid rough roads and off-roading. New to towing? No worries — we'll walk you through hitching and towing at pickup. • Cleanliness Return the trailer in the same condition you received it (cleaning supplies provided). Cleaning fee covers standard prep; excessive mess may result in an additional charge of $200 or more. • Pets Pets are welcome with the paid pet add-on. • No Smoking or Vaping No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the trailer. Violations result in a $300+ deep-clean fee. • Generator & Propane Return both the generator fuel and propane at the same level you received them. Generator refuel fee: $5/gallon if not topped up. Propane refill fee: $2/lb if not topped up. • Tanks Empty black and grey tanks before return, or a $150 dump fee applies. We'll show you exactly how at pickup — it takes just a few minutes and is easier than it sounds. Please avoid clogs: no paper products in the toilet, and always use plenty of water. Clog removal fee: $350. • Awnings & Gear Retract the awning during wind or rain to prevent damage. Lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
