Damon was overall kind, respectful, and understanding but we had a tire blow out on the way and ended up stuck on the side of the road for 6 hours. It seemed to have blown because it was completely bare/had no tread at all and could’ve been a really dangerous situation. Damon was able to assist in the process as much as he could and assisted in getting us a partial refund which I do respect, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Lets start by saying the camper doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Was it the worst I’ve ever been in no but wasn’t what was expected. The tires on it were pretty old so we had a tire blow out, road side assistance couldn’t make it out so we had to change it with what we had there nothing but a car jack to be found so that was fun. Other than the tire issue it was ok we had to change plans on the trip just in case we had other issues with the tires.
Damon said it was ok to park in front of his house said he’s never had an issue…three days in said a neighbor was complaining but he would handle it not to worry. Came back from our trip and both of our vehicles were gone. They had been towed away he never said a word about it. He did pay the tow storage but a little communication about the actual tow would’ve been great news we would’ve done the trip differently. He said he would make it right and take off mileage for our massive inconvenience but he lied to us and won’t. Word to the wise find someone else
