I was a little concerned with the previous reviewer's review, but I had a good experience with this rental. Owner was prompt with communication and flexible, he was able to set up and take away the RV when our schedules did not match. RV was very comfortable and clean, my daughter and I were not bothered by the no TV. I would rent from him again.

We had a great trip! The rig has been converted beautifully and was easy to drive. Hosts were communicative and met us at the Amtrak station for pickup which was hugely appreciated! We would definitely rent again!

Thank you to Alyssa and her husband for making this rental process so seamless! The Drifting Buoy, as so cleverly named, was equipped with everything I could’ve thought I needed and more. The van is in tiptop shape, and that’s not to mention that the interior offers a sense of “warmth in the woods” that a hotel cannot. The roof deck was unique and ideal for watching the sunrise and sunsets. The van fit perfectly in the Acadia campground spots that I booked (including tent (no hookup) spots). Alyssa and her husband gave a detailed rundown of the ins and outs of the van before sending me on my way. Communications were efficient and timely. And I loved the ability to pick-up early and drop-off late (a small detail that did not go unnoticed when searching for a van)! Thank you again! I can’t wait to come back and rent The Drifting Buoy for my next Maine adventure.
