The camper is perfect for larger groups (5+). It has tons of storage and was extremely clean! The back tail light was broken but other than that it was in really great condition. Listing was inaccurate with pick up time as we were unable to pick up the camper at 3pm, but rather had to wait till 4pm. However, Troy let us return it before dark on the day of return (so a later return than listed). But we were still hoping to get an earlier start than 4pm on the first day of rental. Explanation for overall rating being 1 star is that Troy was a very nice man but poor business man. There was a "hiccup" in the booking (I take total responsibility for this) and to straighten things out I called Outdoorsy for explanation on how to work things out. The procedure to work things out, as explained by Outdoorsy, was very simple. Unfortunately, after MANY attempts at contacting Troy to work things out we could not. Because the procedure was so simple to refund a large sum I already paid, I am not sure if Troy really didn't understand the very simple procedure, or if he was just not willing to refund deposit and was "playing games". Either way, the camper was perfect for our family but unfortunately we will never rent from Troy again.

Troy was amazing right from the beginning. His communication was on point and he answered every question we had. The RV was everything that was shown, we enjoyed it and look forward to renting it next year.

I would highly recommend renting from Troy! He was so easy to deal with, very responsive to messages. The RV was spotless and perfect for our family vacation. Troy delivered and set up at the campground, so it was ready and waiting for us, which was amazing as we arrived during a crazy storm! We had no issues whatsoever and any questions we had were answered right away. We had a wonderful time and were very happy with the rental!

We had a great week with the family camping in the Poconos. This camper pulls easily and was as advertised. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen for our "coffee corner". :)

This was my first time using such a service and it was beyond pleasant. Troy communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I was fully aware of everything I needed to know. Even when I had questions about reconnecting to my truck at the end of my trip, he messaged me back right away. The unit I rented was exactly as described, very clean and perfect for what we needed. Again, this was my first time using such a service and my experience with outdoorsy and with Troy made it the best it could possibly be!

We had great communication and experience with Troy and enjoyed their beautiful camper for our weekend trip. Troy was very flexible with pick up and drop off times. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of camper.
