I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but I need to be completely honest in my review. I booked this RV a few months in advance and tried reaching out to Nick a few times as my trip was getting closer, just to confirm details. I had to message 3 times before he responded. Said he would get back to me later in the week and never did. Reached out again, no response. Finally the DAY before our trip I called Outdoorsy and had them contact Nick. He finally reached out to confirm the details for the next day. Talk about anxiety not having the details until the day before! Anyway, he was very nice on the phone and apologetic for the delay. He said he put us in a different camper than the one we rented. I said I was ok with that, but wanted to make sure it still came with some essentials. He said there should be a rug, camping chairs, pots, pans, and said there definitely was a coffee pot. He said his driver would deliver the camper "around 1 pm" which was our arrival time. We drove from 4 hrs away. We show up, camper isn't there. I text Nick and he said it should be there soon and that he talked to the driver earlier in the day. I asked for an ETA and then he responded and said he has a new driver bringing it and that he is leaving their facility at 3:30 with the camper (so the camper was never en route). The driver arrived at 4:30 pm so we sat there for hours with all of our stuff laid out on the picnic table waiting. He said this is their "normal delivery time" which is irrelevant when we already discussed 1 pm the day before. Anyway, the driver was super nice and was really great. The camper looked brand new and maybe only used once, BUT it literally had nothing in it. Not a TV. Not one single thing. No coffee pot, pots, pans, zilch! Thankfully we camped with friends and I was able to borrow their items. Nick said if I needed anything to text him and they could bring it over but at this point I was just annoyed and wasn't going to make them drive over a coffee pot. I really felt that the reason this all happened was he double-booked the camper and was scrambling to find another camper for me (which would make sense why he wasn't responding to me) and then this new camper came with nothing because it was new to their fleet. That is just my opinion of what I think probably happened. I used to rent my camper out before we sold it and I always made sure I had it stocked with everything you would need (towels, linens, utensils, plates, cups, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker, toilet paper, etc) so maybe I have high standards in what I would expect when renting a camper. But overall, my family and I had a place to lay our head at night and the camper was nice, but I wish communication was better and that some of the basic essentials would have been included.

This was a great rental for myself and 2 children. Nick and Abby were wonderful, drop off and pick up of the RV was quick and easy. This made for a great camping trip with my family.
