We love to take our motor home to the mountains of Colorado in the summer and Destin, Florida in the summer. We checked out Utah last summer and absolutely loved it. They have some of the coolest National Parks and lakes. Lake Powell is amazing if you ever get a chance to spend a couple days there. Some fun, local, Texas trips that we do on a regular basis are: Port Aransas, Galveston, the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels or Sattler, TX, Joe Pool Lake, Lake O' The Pines, Texoma, Lake Murray State Park in Oklahoma and many more. After 35 years of RV'ing, we've been to too many places to list but would be happy to share our experiences with you if you would like recommendations or have questions about a certain destination.Other things to note
NO smoking, NO Festivals. Small-medium dogs welcome (no cats). This is our personal RV and we would prefer to keep it in campgrounds with a minimum of water and electric service. Full hook ups are preferable. Towing is not allowed. For your safety, please do not get on the roof of the camper.
