It was very pleasant to deal with Chrystal, she explained very well all things we need to know about the RV trailer. And she were answering the phone calls if we had any questions. Pick up and drop off were quick and efficient. The RV trailer is in really good shape, clean and fully suits our needs.

Chrystal was prompt in communication . Even when we were on road she was asking if everything was ok. Trailer is nice, spacious and lots of storage space.
