This camper has a queen bed, 2 single size bunk beds, a fold out couch (full size bed) and U- Dinette (that converts close to another full size bed).Master bedroom has a brand new mattress, under-bed storage, dual closets, and USB outlets.Fashionable open floorplan and living area has U-Dinette Sleeper, leather couch, and fireplace. Indoor kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove with 3 burners and oven. Kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils and small coffee pot. Smart TV with bluetooth enabled indoor and/or outdoor zoned speakers.Large awning for shade with LED lighting, outdoor camping chairs, outdoor kitchen and mini fridge.You will need to bring toiletries, coffee filters, linens for U-Dinette sleeper and fold out bed.Owner will drop off/pick up at renter's location in MD/VA/DE peninsula for a fee. See rates and notes for site requirements and details of what is included. If you are "dry camping" you must use our provided generator for safety and insurance purposes. Rental for the generator is $50/night.The camper comes equipped with linens ( fitted sheet and top sheet for bunk beds and queen only).
