Say hey to Big George. He is a 35 foot Class A motorhome born in 2008 and only has 13,000 miles. He will come packed with everything you need for your next adventure. From playin' and tailgatin' to boondockin' or Glamping, Big George will be sure to take care of you and your family.This rig comes stocked with Bed Linens, Dinnerware and Drinkware, RV Safe Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and plenty of storage both inside and out. For outdoor entertainment, it also comes with an RV Mat, 2 Foldable Chairs, Foldable table with attached chairs and a portable propane gas grill.He is extremely easy to set up with the auto leveling jacks and can be set up in less than 30 minutes. Easy to read instructions will be accompanied for everything and if something is not in there, we are just a phone call away.Some of the other features are an awning that is remote controlled and has wind sensors on that can auto-retract the awning if the wind gets too high. It also has an outdoor shower head if needed.Pricing is all inclusive as we do not want to nickel and dime our guests. All we ask is that you respect this home and return it in good condition. The only additional costs are as follows:1. Pet Fees
2. Over usage fees for the generator and mileage.
3. Dump Fee (If black and grey water tanks are not dumped, this fee will be incurred)
