The RV was there and set up when we arrived. We could have used some pointers on what to do with some problems. The clean water was unusable the smell was horrible. Luckily my son and grandson knew how-to solve this problem. We started cooking and the propane was empty,again my son baled me out. The back bunks only had three and the top bunks were almost impossible to get in. I feel you need to furnish some instructions to help people who have not camped before. We had a great week and overall a good experience.
