As always, Chuck and Lisa demonstrate how hosting should be done. Impeccable response times, extremely thorough, and well above and beyond in customer care. Customized welcome sign, fruit and snack food, and far more. They make it very easy to simply enjoy your trip. Stella-the-RV is a beauty. Everything operated smoothly. Everything runs well whether using a 50 amp hookup or off the generator. Using the generator does not consume as much fuel as I would have imagined. Best RV hosts I have ever had.

If the Ritz-Carlton had an RV rental division, Lisa and Chuck would definitely be running it. Stella is a great find for us and was so well outfitted we only needed to show and up and get Chuck’s thorough instructions and we were on our way in no time. The personal touches they added for us made our trip to Mammoth Cave even more enjoyable. We had fresh cut flowers in a vase, all the makings for smores, a fruit basket with multiple apple choices [who does that?] and a customized banner and board as a further welcome. The fridge had ice, waters and sodas for us already too. And Stella has everything you need. Want drip or Keurig coffee? She has machines for both. Which size solo cups you want, with custom Stella cozies – more choices! All the spices you need to cook and they have a Blackstone included [all other rental places charge extra for this] so cooking outside is a snap. Chairs, carpets, bocce ball, frisbee, hammock, cornhole, board games, DVD’s and extra toothbrushes. So no need to bring/buy those items like you typically have to on an adventure. Super value. And Lisa and Chuck want you to get the maximum enjoyment out of your trip. Chuck’s checklists and documentation are excellent. Saved us a couple of times. And when we had a couple of questions along the way, they were both immediately available to answer them. In short, you’re not going to find this type of rental experience anywhere else, and we are definitely going to rent Stella again when we are in the area.

We had a great time! Stella was perfect for us and stocked with nice extras like fruit, coffee, popcorn and s’mores. We used the Blackstone to cook outside everyday and enjoyed relaxing in the camp chairs in front of the fire. Best vacation we’ve had in years!

This coach is the best RV we've ever rented and the experience was by far the best customer service we've had. The RV was immaculate, down to AmorAll'ed tires. Chuck and Lisa are meticulous in the care for the RV and preparation for renters. Communication was detailed, helpful and highly responsive. Although we did not use all of the amenities, such as the grill or three TVs, one that rises out of the counter, and one outside, we did use everything else. Everything you would need as far as initial supplies was provided and well organized with labels. They wrote a personalized sign on the small chalk board, provided a basket of fruit, and prepped the RV as if it were an AirBnB. The mileage range is impressive in this RV and it handled beautifully. Stella the RV is the ultimate travel experience! This RV is in Pristine condition and every single detail is accounted for in the preparation of Stella for her guests. There are labels/guides everywhere to help keep things organized and to help assist less experienced RV goers. She has everything you'd ever need plus more for the ultimate outdoors getaway. Chuck and Lisa are an amazing team of hosts. Lisa was always prompt when I had booking questions (even 6 months ahead of time) and timely check ins. Once I arrived to pick up the RV Chuck helped get me acquainted with the operation of Stella and made me feel extremely comfortable with her before I took off down the road. He even promptly answered questions I had about operation while I was on the road very promptly and called me once as well. I have been renting RV's for 5 years now and this rental was by far my favorite by a landslide. Chuck and Lisa made this a much more personable experience. They even drew a personalized picture on the chalkboard! A+++ experience overall and would highly recommend. Have already made my reservation with them for next year. Thanks Chuck and Lisa!
