This is a Diesel Pusher, 300 H.P, and a 7500 Onan Diesel generator. It has an air ride suspension, and air brakes. It also has a 6 speed automatic transmission. If you put the cruise control on, which will hold at the speed that you set it, even on inclines, you can get up to 11 mpg on diesel fuel. This coach has 3 slide outs. The driver and passenger seats are leather and have power seat controls. There are also two fans on either side of the window. The passenger and driver seats also turn toward living room. There is a leather sofa with a cup holder and light above the sofa for reading, it has a full size hide a bed. Across from that sofa is another upholstered sofa for seating. All the controls for the coach are on the drivers side with easy accessibility. There is a new Smart TV that is cable ready above the window which can be easily viewed from any of the coach's seating. The kitchen has a double sink, a slide out drawer with a large cutting board to extend your counter space, a microwave oven, and a 3 burner stove with an oven. There is a large double door refrigerator with a freezer. There is brand new carpet throughout the coach as well as throw rugs available to protect it. There is a bench seat that will seat 4 people and also the table top converts into another bed. There is a large shower with a large portable shower head and a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. The sink is outside of the shower. And the toilet is in a private room of it's own with cupboards and is very easily accessible even when the slide outs are in and the coach is moving. The master bedroom is in the rear of the coach and has a slide out. It has a queen size bed with all the bedding and comforter and pillows. There are several closets which hold plenty of hanging clothes and also a place on the floor to put your shoes. There is a New Cable Ready TV on a moveable platform so you can see it from the bed. Along the windows are plenty of drawers with slide outs. What's includedOur motorhome comes with all dishware, pots and pans, silverware, knives, cake pans, and stewing pots. There is also dish soap available and hand soap. Dish towels are also available. There is a waffle iron in the drawer below the table. There are bath towels in the bathroom. Toilet paper is provided. If you need more you have to use RV toilet paper or toilet paper for use with a septic. A blanket and bedding is available for 2 beds. Only 1 set of sheets per bed. There is a trash can in the kitchen with trash bags. Also another trash can under the sink in the sink area next to the shower. Soap dispenser in the shower is full. Above the table in the living area there are baskets and some trays and also more containers for storage. There is a scented wax decorative container at the kitchen sink with more wax in the drawer on outside of sink. There are 4 chairs for outside two chairs that recline, and two regular and a table to use , also a rug to put them on in the storage on the outside of the coach. Also a charcoal burning grill and the grilling utensils. A bag of charcoal as well as lighter fluid is also available. Also there are games and cards in the first drawer in the master bedroom. There is a container of cleaning supplies for you to use while staying in our coach. RecommendationsWe always recommend either KOA or Good Sams Campsites. We have gone to a campground in Lake Milton Ohio. Also Lisbon Ohio was very nice. We are going to a Wapakoneta campground past Columbus, Ohio in a week and also to Gettysburg in Pennsylvania next month. We hope to go to Arizona in January during the winter month. If you enjoy large crowds the weekends are best. If you prefer a more quiet time camping during the week is always nice and quiet. Most campgrounds are pet friendly and have nice dog parks, clean bathrooms, and nice laundry areas. If you have problems the people in the campgrounds are very friendly and always willing to help. Participating in bond fires, or games are always a bonus. If you are lucky enough to find a place with a restaurant or snack bar you can avoid a night of cooking. Patio sites are very nice. They may cost a little more but they are well worth it. Other things to noteWe are asking for a minimum of 2 days when renting. We prefer people who don't smoke in the unit. Dogs who are potty trained and that you care for our home and all of our extras like they were your own. Also if you have enjoyed the use of our motor home that you rate us in a positive manner for future renters to see. Also there is a suggestion box in the coach for you to add any suggestions that you may have to serve you or any other renters better in the future. We ask that you take the time to fill it out.

We have 3 grown children all married and 9 grandchildren. When the children were small my husband had a Winnebago and took his children on many camping trips to local campgrounds as well as Florida to Disney. We have a Bernedoodle dog named Jackson who loves to go to campgrounds, meet new dogs and romp in the dog parks or swim in the lakes. We enjoy some of the local places like the Lisbon KOA campground in Ohio as well as Wapakoneta KOA Campground. We enjoy the hiking trails the campfires and meeting new people. We love the quiet and serene living as well as seeing Families enjoying each other doing things together.
