Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with! He made us feel comfortable with the process and how to operate the RV. We had absolutely no issues from start to finish. We will be contacting Outdoorsy to rent from Brian again in the future.

Brain was super easy to deal with. Rv is a lot larger inside than it looks. Fit are family of 6 just fine.

The listing was true to the RV except for pet friendliness. The RV is no longer pet friendly. It came stocked with trash bags, RV friendly toilet paper, towels, hand soap, broom, mop, sheets, comforter, and some camping must-haves like matches and bug spray. It did not come with bed-pillows, but it does have some throw pillows that can be used in a pinch. The only problem we had was with the toilet smell, but that was mostly resolved with some tabs that the owner told us about that were under the sink. It is a used RV, so it's not perfect, but it was great for us and we would definitely rent this one, or any others, through this owner in the future.

Overall trip was great. I did have to replace a tire during the trip. The roadside insurance was a joke. They only pay for the repair guy for the trip to the disabled vehicle. After that you are on your own dime. I was disappointed in this. But none of this was the owner of the RV's fault. I would recommend Brian to anyone. Great to do business with.

The RV was not very clean, the cabinets were full/unorganized I got a used bandaid stuck to my hand-gross.
I’m not happy about internal damage I was blamed for and will be talking to the claims department. They showed me and had me sign off on damage to the dashboard caused by PREVIOUS renters, then said we caused it in an insurance claim! They claimed I broke the toilet paper roll even though it literally just fell out of the wall when I was getting toilet paper, as though it was already broken previously and had been just stuck back in the drill hole precariously. There was also a light that fell from the ceiling (randomly, when we weren’t even touching it) that we were thankfully able to get back in it’s fixture. Things just falling apart.
Finally, they way overestimated the price of repairing external damage - claimed a $190 part would be over well over $300. Overall I wouldn’t rent this RV again. Blaming us for previous damage was very unethical and puts a dampener on the trip.
