The slide out gives you much more room! If it rains, you will still enjoy a game of cards or a good discussion in the camper. Full kitchen appliances with stove, microwave, and oven..Plenty of sleeping space with a comfortable queen bed, two large bunks, a sofa that converts to a bed and a dinette that converts to a bed. The main bedroom is closed off by an actual door (Ummmm, just saying).32" TV with a DVD player and regular antennae, in case it is raining. The TV also supports casting from your phone. Radio with bluetooth to inside and outside speakers.Speaking of outside, there is a huge 18' canopy and we provide the rug. LED lights up at the canopy as well as LED lights under the trailer make for a great nighttime environment. Hey, if you add it we will provide the camp chairs.Delivery is preferred, however an experienced driver and adequate vehicle can be approved. This is a fair sized camper so only take it on if your up for it. If you tow it we will provide a weight distributing hitch and if needed a brake controller (bluetooth). We will sanitize for next camper.If you added the linen package, just pile everything on the floor and we will clean it for the next campers.No Cats inside the trailer. Ok, we hate to be choosy but dang those cat hairs don't clean up and people are allergic to cat hair and dander.Potty-trained/well-behaved pups are MOST welcomed, just make sure to follow the leash guidelines at any park you visit!Please watch how full both the Gray Water & Brown Water Tanks get, if you are not on a full hook up.If not on a full-hook up site be sparing with the water, please use the bathhouse on location.Rental from November to March will only be to those who will be towing it themselves and heading to warm weather. The camper is not designed to function in cold weather. A minimum rental of 4 weeks during the winter. Rates during that time are negotiable.
