2022 Keystone Springdale W/Bunkhouse-- 2 TV's , Gas stove, Microwave, Fridge runs of solar power, Fireplace runs off electric for extra heat source. Master bedroom has AC unit and the Camper has a main unit with ductwork to cool or heat entire camper. Indoor/Outdoor shower, Slide out for Dinette set, hide-a-bed couch, Outdoor 3 burner propane cook top, outdoor fridge. Plenty of storage for all your gear inside and out. Currently stored for the winter. I have attached a few pics.What's includedCamping chairs, fresh linen for master bedroom, towels, utensils, fire pit forks for hot dogs and marshmallows. 2 Tiki torches, 23 foot awning, paper plates and cups. Adapters for 15-50amp are included. city water, fresh water hook ups, water heater, water pump if dry camping, Water Hoses and adapters, water filters, pressure regulator, sewage hoses, stabilizer pads, 2 propane tanks attached to front of camper. 36 foot 50 amp cord. Generator can be rented for boondocking, RecommendationsPiney Campground, KOA in Paris, TN are 2 of our favorite campgrounds.Other things to noteSeasonal rentals available if needed. We are a small family of 3 now that all of our boys are grown. My wife and i thought this would be a great way to spend our weekends with our 4 year old so we could actually take the time to watch her grow. We love going to State Parks and we normally get the same camping spot with a fantastic view of the lake and the sun set. We are new to campers and camping. We are not looking to make this a business, we got into the possibility of renting our NEW 2022 Keystone Springdale 298BH just to off set some of the cost of ownership. We have only used it a few times and have plans to use more in 2023.

The camper was our first experience with camping and it was awesome. Craig was great and the camper came with every detail. We were using it as extra sleeping quarters at a family function but would be perfect for a summertime family camping week.
