Jonathan was super responsive and easy to work with. We were booking kind of last minute and he worked with us to make sure we still got a timely delivery and set up. Adding the golf cart was a huge win and so glad it was an available feature to add. Camper was spacious, laid out well, and well taken care of. Would definitely rent it again!

Jonathan and his wife were amazing hosts. Despite everyone’s best planning and effort, getting into Bonnaroo for our rental was an adventure. They were able to roll with it and were so helpful all along the way. Jonathon was also very communicative throughout our entire experience.
The RV itself is so spacious, luxurious, and well taken care of. The large water tanks were especially helpful for us as our campsite only had power supplied but not water nor sewage , and we were able to last the entire long weekend. The full sized fridge and freezer quickly became a group favorite so that we didn’t need to get ripped off buying vendor food. A pleasant surprise was being able to turn the back loading ramp for the toy hauler into a pseudo back deck. We kept it up most of our rental to keep the AC in, but there’s plenty of times where having that extra private space would be so helpful. We would definitely rent with Jonathon again!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

Can I tow the camper myself?

A.

Self-tow may be considered for qualified renters with the proper truck, hitch setup, towing experience, and insurance approval through the platform. This is a large fifth-wheel toy hauler, so the tow vehicle must be properly rated for the weight and equipped for safe towing.

Q.

Is the camper pet friendly?

A.

Yes, pets may be allowed with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any pet damage, odors, excessive hair, stains, or extra cleaning required after the rental. Pets should not be left unattended inside the camper unless crated.

Q.

Can we use the awning?

A.

Awning use must be approved and used carefully. Awnings are easily damaged by wind, storms, and improper use. The awning must be retracted during wind, rain, storms, overnight, or anytime the camper is unattended. Awning damage is the renter’s responsibility.

Q.

Can we use the rear ramp/patio area?

A.

Yes, when conditions allow. The rear ramp/patio must be used safely and only on suitable ground. Weight limits, setup instructions, and safety rails must be followed. Any damage from misuse, uneven ground, or overloading is the renter’s responsibility. Please let me know if you intend to use the area, and I will bring the steps; they will not be shipped unless requested.
