There's space to fit a family of five. Right above the master bed there is a small bunk for a child. The bathroom is a great size and the shower actually have a small tub. Outside of the bathroom there is a separate mirror and sink area. That is just the hygiene sink but the trailer also features a double sink in the kitchen area. We chose this trailer because of how practical it is for us as parents. We really enjoyed it and we know you will tooWhat's includedWe will provide fresh Linens, the basic cooking utensils, a coffee pot, a toaster and miscellaneous other essential items.RecommendationsThis is a practical trailer for most types of camping.Other things to noteSmoking is not allowed in our trailer as we use this trailer for our entire family.

Hi! We are Jason and Krystal. We are the proud parents of three young children and several grown children. We're finally at a place in life where we can offer some of the better things in life to our younger kiddos. We bought this 18ft travel trailer to make sure our kids get a taste of nature and outdoors when we're not hard at work or in college courses. We enjoy camping, fishing and smores. 😃

They responded to our request and questions promptly. They accommodated a special request.
Somewhere in the description it should have said there is NO tv. We had the trailer for 10 days.
All in all it was very comfortable.

I am disheartened by the breakdown in communication surrounding the damages incurred, and the inflexibility to respond to me after I received the estimate for repairs, that was just as much as the rental itself.

I am very disheartened to see that you changed our rating from five stars to two. As you know, we agreed to not charge you for the tree you admittedly hit, the wall mount that you say your son tore off of the wall, the bed frame that came back broken (though we know you say you didn't break it.) We only asked that you pay for the dining room table that you broke and you agreed. We even used the RV repair service center that you wanted us to. I will admit that we were shocked by the price as much as you were but in all fairness, we did not deserve to have our trailer returned to us with all of those damages. So I was a bit offended by the fact that after I sent you the estimate for the table, you turned around and questioned the integrity of the table and asked us to split the cost. We MORE than split the cost by being kind and asking you to pay only for the repair of the table. This is quite uncomfortable for us because you were such a kind and upfront person that we feel awful having to charge you but we don't deserve to have all of our stuff broken either. I didn't mention this to you before but we were blown away when you returned it and showed us that you glued and re drilled our table and glued the mount to the wall to repair it. We understand your intent was good but now we are stuck with dry glue dripped down our wall. Please reconsider as we did not deserve this and understand that if I was to settle this outside of Outdoorsy like you wanted, then all of our "coverage" from this company would be null and void. It is in the rules. We only did what was right.

The owners are professional, incredibly accommodating, and very nice. They really wanted to make sure I had a good time and everything was just right. The Camper was even better than I imagined, and I was alre
ady pretty excited. Everything was clean and like new inside. It was spacious yet cozy. I had a blast, I only wish I had it longer. Thanks again for great time.

The trailer has a few quirks but overall works well. Even the oven was a plus. The Perkins couple was up front with all the ins and outs of the trailer, to include the damaged items which did not effect the overall use of the trailer. The Perkins were very easy to work with and are a very kind couple. I would rent from them again.

I would highly recommend renting from Jason and Krystal. Great experience and very nice owners. Krystal was quick to answer my questions that I had prior to renting the RV. I would rent from them again next time I’m in Oregon!
