Harris was a 2020 acquisition so we could visit family during the pandemic. Now, it's perfect for your vacation! It had a previous life as a Cruise America Rental (so it's been well maintained and is easy to drive & operate). It features 1 queen bed with foam mattress topper, a dining booth that converts into a bed, and another additional sleeping bunk above the driver's cabin. There is a gas top stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer. We have provided basic pots, pans, and an electric hot water kettle for your evening tea or morning coffee or evening tea. Inside, there are ample cabinets for storage, and outside, there are a few additional storage compartments.Pets are welcome, but we do require a higher cleaning fee so Harris is ready for our next guests!Don't hesitate to book this rental now, and spend a week (or eight!) driving through the glorious Pacific Northwest. With each rental, we'll happily include 2 mini-champagnes for our guests 21+ and some fresh fruit from local vendor Harry & David.**Please a minimum of 1 week rentals.**What's includedFor Beds: 1 duvet, 2 heavier blankets, 4 pillows, 2 decorative pillows, extra fitted sheets, sheets, and extra pillowcases. PLEASE strip bedding prior to returning the RV. It’s easier to launder the items and get it ready for the next travelers!
For Bathroom: Shower curtain, starter roll of TP, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths. Extra shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and shower cleaning items are also provided.
For Kitchen: pots, pans, electric water kettle, metal flatware and 4-person full plate and dish set.
General: There is a ladder to the top bunk. The dining table can be removed and the benches converted into a bed. We also take out the table when we use it to travel so our son's infant car seat and clip in on the bench seats. Also, a pack-n-play fits in the front area nicely, though we do not provide one.
RecommendationsWe HIGHLY recommend trips to the Oregon Coast, to the beautiful Crater Lake, and to Bend/Sunriver. Those are some of our favorite places in Oregon, but we've also driven from Oregon to Oklahoma in it (with a 3 month old!).You can also find us, and our renters if they're so inclined!, on Instagram (at) handsomeharrisrv.Other things to notePets welcome! Please no off-roading or anything you'd be embarrassed to tell your grandmother you did with someone else's RV.Also no smoking.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We're very flexible! Jennah works in real estate and makes her own schedule, and Shane works from home now.

Meet your host, Shane

Member since 2021

Hi! We're the Pechs--Shane, Jennah, and Jack! We got our RV in 2020 to be able to travel during the pandemic and to safely visit relatives across the country with our NEWBORN. Yes, you can travel with a baby; and doing it in an RV is easier, in our opinion. We've taken trips from Oregon to Oklahoma, from our town to the California Coast, and just a few hours north along the river for a family reunion. We'd love for you to be able to spend time with those you love and to live comfortably while doing so.
