Our 2021 Jayco 5th Wheel Bunkhouse is a deluxe home away from home. Boasting 4 Huge slide-outs, this unit really showcases the space. An open floor-plan with a kitchen island, pull out memory foam sofa, plus two theater seats with recliners and massage features, plus auto leveling jack system really round out the luxury of this magnificent rig.Additional upgrades include a full sized refrigerator/freezer With automatic ice maker, filtered drinking water, washer/dryer combo, on-demand hot water (never run out of hot water), King Sized pillow top bed in the Master bedroom, second bathroom with toilet and vanity, main bathroom with oversize walk-in shower (for us bigger guys), outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with extra fridge, pull out griddle and more, plus two full retractable awnings with LED lighting for nighttime.The open kitchen design is a chef's dream in this 5th wheel. A double sink on a separate kitchen island is right next to a chef's chopping block at one end. Plenty of counter space, including a buffet area (when the TV is down), plus an oversized gourmet oven and gas stove, oversized refrigerator/freezer and a full pantry are features that round out this detailed kitchen space.For those wanting to dry camp, our unit features a 7500 Watt fully enclosed power generator that runs off its own propane tank for up to 3 days on one tank. This means you can run both air conditioners and the microwave at the same time and enjoy keeping an ambient temperature inside the rig at all times.This unit is truly Fully loaded with no expense spared. It's our personal family unit, so we enjoy sharing this with other families that need a bit more space, with all the comforts of home.What's includedFresh bed linens, plus bath, hand towels and wash cloths are included with every rental. We also include 4 camping chairs with each rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for up to 10 guests, cookware, pans, utensils, glassware, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker and more.Propane fire ring is available for $50 rental and includes (1) 5 gallon propane tank.RecommendationsWe love to take our 5th wheel to Utah. Moab and other places are magical.Other things to noteWe are animal lovers personally, but are very picky about which animals come into the rig. We have our dog who remains outside. If you're wanting to bring furry friends with you, please let us know and give us more details. A $250 fee will be added to ANY reservation where pets are involved. If you fail to inform us of pets and there is evidence of pets inside the rig, then a $500 fee will be charged to deep clean the rig. Absolutely zero smoking (or vaping) is allowed inside the rig. In fact, we prefer non-smokers only in renting our 5th wheel. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a fee of $1500 to deep clean the rig.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are open to others picking up our 5th Wheel, but you MUST have the proper gooseneck receiver hitch and tow vehicle to safely do so. If you are not an experienced driver of trailers and firth wheels, we highly recommend that you take advantage of our delivery option.

We are a fun family with 5 adopted children. We love to take our kids to new places and expose them to fun experiences. All of us love camping and the great outdoors, so owning an RV is a blessing and investment. Some of our personal favorite memories growing up include travels with our own families and camping together, so it just makes sense to pass this onto our kids.
