Welcome to our "Berner Mountain View" We enjoy traveling and camping with our two Bernese Mountain Dogs.The Berner Mountain View is a 2021 Winnebago View on top of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Chassis - ideal for traveling and camping.We love the RV lifestyle and community and have learned so much to maximize your experience. We are happy to work with new and seasoned RV guests.Our goal is to deliver an all inclusive experience to help you get the most out of your adventure! Guests will need to bring clothing, food, beverages, activities/games, bikes, and car seats for the little ones.The daily fee covers most everything. There are additional charges for mileage (over 100 miles per day @ .75/mile), generator usage (@ $5/hour), topping off the diesel fuel tank, insurance and booking charges (Outdoorsy), and exceptional charges outlined in the rules.The Mercedes-Benz Diesel engine is powerful yet efficient (rated at 17mpg). It is comfortable to drive with all state of the art Mercedes-Benz driving and safety features - air bags, rear camera, adaptive cruise control, active brake assist, lane keeping assist, and Mbux touch screen. The 25 foot length makes it agile and accessible to most any destination or parking lot.The 24D floor plan is ingenious in creating a huge interior space with full driver side slide out - featuring a comfy queen murphy bed which converts to a couch, a very large dinette, swivel driver/passenger seats, a large full bath, and is jam packed with high end components - 10 cf refrig/freezer, induction/gas cooktop, microwave/convection oven, and full entertainment system with smart TV and DVD player.We have added a very comfy mattress topper to the Queen bed. Likewise - we have added a foam topper for the over cab bunk. The dinette converts to a bed to add a third sleeping space. All linens provided!Up to 2 Dogs are welcome upon approval. We look forward to seeing the National Parks, Presidential Libraries, and life outside the NFL cities of our great country!Other things to note- We will schedule pickups and drop-offs based on mutual schedule agreement- We live 30 minutes from the Milwaukee Airport. We will be happy to do pickup and drop-off for $50 if schedule permits- If you are bringing dogs - please register ahead of time in our communications and be sure to purchase the $69 Damage Protection Policy. - We will take 1.5 hours before and after rental to train on RV operation, examine condition, do a short drive, and discuss any issues together.
- I have written a comprehensive operator's manual based on my experience. Please read and use it. All Winnebago/Mercedes/Component User Guides are also available in the black case above the dining table.
- I do keep a location tracker in our RV for security purposes. Please do not tamper with this device. Any impairment will provide an immediate notification - which results in an immediate termination of rental term.
- I have included a full inventory of materials in our RV - please check this over to ensure everything is in its proper storage place upon return
- No Smoking or illegal drug use is allowed in camper, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the guest as long and there are no other overages or damages.
- You must have valid drivers license, valid rental insurance, and be in legal condition to rent and operate this RV (please do not drive under influence or in any impaired condition). Please complete Outdoorsy driver verification and insurance before rental.
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- No towing permitted.
- Do not go on the roof or access ladder unless there is an emergency.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the guest, if the guest believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.

- I do keep a location tracker in our RV for security purposes. Please do not tamper with this device. Any impairment will provide an immediate notification - which results in an immediate termination of rental term.
- I have included a full inventory of materials in our RV - please check this over to ensure everything is in its proper storage place upon return
- No Smoking or illegal drug use is allowed in camper, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the guest as long and there are no other overages or damages.
- You must have valid drivers license, valid rental insurance, and be in legal condition to rent and operate this RV (please do not drive under influence or in any impaired condition). Please complete Outdoorsy driver verification and insurance before rental.
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- No towing permitted.
- Do not go on the roof or access ladder unless there is an emergency.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the guest, if the guest believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.

But for now - while working - we are focused on weekend adventures with our beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs (Heidi and Sunny) to discover the wonders of our midwest. They are both therapy dogs who bring lots of love to those in need - and really enjoy our adventures in the great outdoors.
We have put a lot of effort to finding just the right RV, learning how to operate and care for it, and appointing it with wonderful amenities - which we look forward to sharing with you!
