No Illegal Substances: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited, and grounds for immediate revocation of rental. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred and forfeit the balance of your rental. Return On Time: If your return interferes with the next guest's departure, you will be responsible for any loss associated. Early pickup or late return may be permitted at the daily rate. Additional Cleaning is an Extra Charge: At our discretion, an additional cleaning fee proportionally will be charged if cleanup beyond a normal amount is required.
