This RV has definitely been a "rental unit" for a while with considerable wear and tear to the interior and upholstery (photo attached). The exterior of the unit was dirty and dusty upon pick up. I was told they deliver it dirty because, being a large RV, it's too hard for people to wash it upon return. Fair enough. But I was charged an additional cleaning fee upon return due to "mud". I took photos of the exterior upon return where you can see small mud splashes behind the wheels but the rest of the exterior is cleaner than when I picked it up. I was also charged $300 for sewer cleaning. I had cleaned both black water tanks and grey water tanks the morning of return. The black water tank gauge was inop indicating 67% full the entire rental, even after emptying, so the only way to verify cleaning was visually, which we did, so not sure how there would still have been material in the tank.

Hello, Like we stated in the message we sent you , we agreed that when returned it shouldn't have any mud. We will not rent it out to the next guest like that. Normal dirtiness on the Exterior was fine. Just how you received it at first. We did charge for the tanks because after you went to dump them and rinse them you did not check the toilets and both toilets had urine on surface and one of them had Toilet paper in it. when we specifically stated that no trash , even flushable toilet paper is allowed. we have signs in the restrooms that say that as well. It messes the sensors. That is why you were charged $150 cleaning fee for cleaning /rinsing, and $150 for trash being in sewer/toilet. Our policy states those fees. which you agreed upon. We also waived the pet fee for you , which was no problem even though there will be a heavy cleaning due to pet hair all around. We can provide pictures. We will get the Mechanical checked and notify you what they say. we can provide pictures.Thank!

We loved this RV! It was very roomy and provided an ample amount of space for four people. The two bathrooms allowed for privacy if needed and a good separation of space. Having the auto leveling and the screen for operating the mechanical slides and awning made everything a breeze. It was surprisingly maneuverable and we were able to get everywhere we needed. The RV had everything we needed including linens, utensils, and cleaning supplies. We really appreciated how the hosts went through everything with us and we will be renting this RV again!

The vehicle was perfect and in great shape. It gave us surprisingly good gas mileage and handled well on both city streets and the highway. We took it up to Sedona and the Grand Canyon with no issues. 7 men slept comfortably for 3 nights. The owners were also very accommodating and easy to deal with. They gave us a comprehensive tour before we left but when we couldn’t figure out how to get the generator to work, they responded immediately and walked us through the setup.
