The battery cannot power supply these appliances.SKY LIGHTS: There are two of these, one above the shower and the other above the fridge. Make sure these are closed when traveling!SEWAGE: Use the hose provided in the rear bumper of the trailer. Hook it up to the black-colored drainage located on the rear driver-side, then open the valves to ...(ehem).. let it drain.Other things to note1) Please no smoking inside the camper!2) Please don't flush anything else besides toilet paper while using the indoor outhouse.3) If its windy, please retract the awning as the wind will damage it!4) Each electrical outlet is rated for 15 Amperes. The camper is rated for 30 Amperes max, so don't plug in high amp electronics and have everything running!5) Remember to turn off the propane when you're not using the stove or needing hot water for the sink or showering!6) Please empty the black and grey waters at the nearest available sewage dump station. If the campsite does not have one, find one in a nearby town/city. A lot of gas stations have sewer dump sites. The hose for the dumping is available in the rear bumper of the camper.7) Did you have a campfire? If so, please completely PUT OUT YOUR FIRE! If its hot to touch, it's not out. Follow all local laws and fire restrictions.8) Pack it in, pack it out! Leave no trace. If you brought or create trash, please pack it out and dispose of it properly! I will be happy to take your aluminum cans upon returning.9) If you bring your pet, please pick up after them!10) You're on vacation, enjoy yourself!

5Stephen was absolutely wonderful to work with! As former trailer owners ourselves, he allowed us to replace some of his trailer accessories with our own to make our surroundings more personally familiar. The trailer slept three younger grandchildren and Grams and Gramps comfortably, although, after a couple of "indoor rainy days", we were happy to be spending most of our time in the beautiful outdoors again! We towed the trailer with our SUV and, after some apprehension about how that would work, we were very relieved that the SUV handled the tow load with no problems at all. We had the most wonderful time together for three weeks on the road with our grandkids, and the memories we built will last forever. Thank you, Stephen!

5Stephen was great to work with. Very communicative and fast to respond. There were a few quirks to the rental but all things to be fixed. It was cozy for our 4 person family and towed great with our Ford F250. The AC and heater worked great. I especially liked the shower size and the space where the toilet was. Did not feel crammed like I have felt in some. Will rent again and refer!

5Thank you for being so easy, honest, and communicative during the entire process. The camper was exactly as advertised and the pickup/ drop-off process was smooth. Stephen was super responsive during the entire process which very helpful. The camper comes with all the little amenities that makes the camping experience smoother. Stephen is a super sweet guy I highly recommend renting from him and I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends. Thanks again and hopefully we'll see you next season!
