To help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming RV for every guest, we ask that all renters respect the following expectations:
No Smoking Policy:
Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV is strictly prohibited. We understand accidents can happen, but smoke odors and residue are extremely difficult to remove and may impact future guests’ experiences. If smoking is detected inside the RV, a $1,500 cleaning and restoration fee will be charged.
Pet Expectations:
We know pets are part of the adventure and we welcome responsible pet owners. We simply ask that guests clean up after their pets and help care for the RV during their stay. If excessive pet hair, odors, stains, waste, or damage are found after your rental, a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee may be charged to help restore the RV for future travelers.
Propane Refill Concierge Service:
For guests enjoying extended trips, we are happy to offer propane refill assistance to help keep your adventure going smoothly. Propane refills are available at the current market rate for propane, plus a $50 concierge delivery fee for refill and delivery service.
We appreciate your understanding and partnership in helping us keep our RVs comfortable, clean, and adventure-ready for everyone.
