The broken staircase was communicated to us once on the day of picking up the RV. There is a cleaning fee and a cancellation fee. The owners were un happy that we brought up these concerns and are now bringing up “damages” that were not addressed when we returned the RV. There is still a back and forth that keeps happening even after returning. There have been several circumstances where I had to ask her to stop being rude to me when she wasn’t understanding what I was communicating. There is a huge lack of costumer service and don’t recommend this experience to anyone.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible for picking up the RV, we prefer early morning pick up since we take about an hour to go thru all the details before transfering the key. However, we are strict on dropping off the RV. Drop off time is 11:00 a.m. We have a $50/hr late drop off fee.
