This 28ft camper has (2) slides making the living space quite large. Outside entrance to the restroom. Power awning with LED lights. Indoor and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth radio. We also provide cutlery, cookware, dishes and coffee pot which are sanitized between rentals as well. We also provide (4) camping chairs and weather mat for outdoor use. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals.

Please be respectful and treat this rv as if it were your own. The RV must be returned as clean as you received it. If you return it very dirty, we'll have to charge you an extra deep cleaning fee.Pickup is 1pm-5pm. Return by 1pm.Running a bit late? That's OK, we understand.. just let us know. Unfortunately, if you are over an hour late, we'll have to charge $25/hr.Absolutely NO smoking or vaping. Pets must be crated when left alone in the camper.Only RV safe toilet paper is to be used in our camper.Renter will be responsible for entire cost of septic repairs if this rule is not followed.Awning should be brought in during inclement weather. It is customers responsibility.We will provide trailer the hitch, sway bar and weight distribution hardware to assist your tow. Art was a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly and had the camper clean and ready to go when we came to pick it up. Art walked us through the camper and off we went. For my Ram 1500 owners you'll have plenty of power however, I suggest if you're running a 1500 you have airbags in the rear. I was well with in my so called tow rating and I was disappointed in how soft the rear coils are. Overall very satisfied with Art and the camper.
