It's also 4-season rated with insulated walls, ceilings, and floor, so winter camping is available.We lovingly care for this camper and keep it very clean and stocked with all the necessities. We believe nice furnishings add to its comfort, but we are careful not to leave it feeling cluttered.This camper is stored at our house, and we can assist with hookup. We had a great camping experience. He was flexible with our pick up and return times. The camper is well maintained and very comfortable. All of the items included in the camper came in handy and decreased the number of things we needed to bring along (camping chairs, grilling/s’more forks, camp griddle, bedding, dog tie out etc). Thanks again Philip!
