We have optional linens, silverware, dishes and items such as gas grill, 4 Fold away chairs bike racks etc. You will have all the hoses, cables, and filters for full hook up. There will also be a caddy for moving waste if you would like to use that.Other things to noteThis motorhome is large, turning it does take a little skill to learn how the swing around is. It is not real high, so you have to watch curbs etc. There is a backup camera. We will be asking renters to sign a supplemental lease to protect both parties on damages. There is a GPS tracker on this motorhome, and it should not exceed 75MPH. We will also not allow it at ANY CONCERTS, RACES, Tailgates or Festivals. Mandatory 45 minute walk through and function orientation, no exceptions.. The Cleaning fee is for the outside and small items on the inside. If the camper is full of sand, dirt, food and other items a fee will be assessed. A vacuum is included in the camper. Please use that to make sure you do not incur additional fees for cleaning.

Review summary
Always responsive and supportive
Jason is consistently praised for quick responses, readily available help, and knowledgeable assistance with questions and issues throughout trips.
Loud for passengers while driving
The RV is consistently described as clean and running well, with a comfortable master bed. However, the ride can be loud for passengers, and issues like a non-working awning and missing kitchen items were noted.

3.0Quick to respond. Space was clean. Unfortunately (to no fault of the owner), the awning did not work and it did rain during our trip - so would have been useful to have. There were no cups or utensils - wish I had known because we were stranded at the campground without them and would have just brought them had I known.

5.0Never rented an RV before. The ride is loud for your passengers. Once we were at our destination the RV was very useful. Much better than tent camping. We traveled each day to a new destination. You need AC 24/7. We did not have a camp site each day and had to run the generator a lot. The 5 hours per day will not be enough if you don't have an electrical hook up and it's costly. The owner was great to work with while we were camping.. I needed the insurance from Outdoorsy. They closed my claim after a week while I was waiting on my insurance to mail me the denial letter. It has been very frustrating to work with them. Not the RV owners fault but concerning to me. I hope this will be reopened and resolved. Don't know if I will be able to revisit this review to better inform readers. AirBNB allows 30 day to review. Outdoorsy is 7. I have other things to do besides write a review once home from vacation. I don't think they understand that issue or they would not pressure us for a review. Summary: Owner of the RV was great. Jury is still out on Outdoorsy.
