Enjoy our newly remodeled classic. New mattress and reclining couch, 42" TV with DVD player, blu-ray radio, high toilet and curtained shower for extra room. This year we've added a digital entry lock for convenience and a nice full sized kitchen sink. Perfect for 2 adults, cozy for 4. Can sleep up to 6 if 2 are under 5 feet and you don't mind eating in shifts. J:)What's includedIncludes dishes, glasses and silverware, toaster, coffee maker (upon request), pots and pans, baking equipment, towels and linens for master bed. We also provide toilet packs, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Outdoors you'll have access to 6 lawn chairs and small table, outdoor carpet and basic repair tools. RecommendationsWe've explored tourist destinations and National Parks in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona. We look forward to visiting further points in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas! All of them beautiful and unique. There are wonderful destinations for everyone to enjoy from resort style RV parks to magnificent vistas of nature at its best. Please call us if you're still deciding and we'll be happy to share our experiences and maybe even some brochures if we have them!Other things to noteThis is a big rig and is perfect for enjoying in the wonderful RV parks available! For a worry free and comfortable stay, we recommend finding a spot with adequate utilities (electric, water and dump). This is an RV, not a hotel room. The RV is fully functioning and up to dry camping (without utilities), but altitude and isolation will increase the complications of RVing. For example, the higher the altitude, the less efficient the generator. If you have problems and are out in the middle of nowhere, you will want cell phone coverage. Not taking these factors into account will reduce your enjoyment. Be aware that the rougher the camping experience, the more likely you will encounter wildlife (rodents, bugs, bears...etc). If you're new to camping and/or RVing, we recommend starting out slowly and with access to modern conveniences as you gain skill in RVing.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Our default time for Pickup is 3:00 p.m. Drop Off is 2:00. If you have scheduling problems, let us know. We will try to accommodate. There is a late fee charge if RV is returned after office hours (6:00 p.m.)

Q.

How big are the beds and are linens included?

A.

The Master Queen bed is 60X80 inches. The linens and blankets are included. The overhead bed is 78x59 inches. The Kitchen Table converts into a bed that is 67x42 inches. Because of the dimensions, we do not provide linens for these two beds. We recommend sleeping bags and have some available as an option if you don't have your own.

Q.

What size are the holding tanks?

A.

Fresh Water tank is 44 gallons. Grey Water tank is 41 gallons. Black Water Tank is 37 gallons. When my husband and I travel, we use all onboard facilities, though we prefer to be hooked up to water and electrical when camping. Showers, cooking, cleaning and dishwashing most days in the RV means we're dumping our waste tanks about every other day. If your family is bigger, water usage will increase as well as frequency of dumping. Also consider campground facilities.
