The RV ran well for its age. However it was extremely dirty. I had to clean it top to bottom. The condition of the inside could have been better had it been kept up over the years. Unfortunately it wasn’t which resulted in broken blinds, broken trim all over and stains everywhere. The refrigerator was really bad. I couldn’t feel comfortable until I spent a couple of hours cleaning. Not what you want to the first day of vacation. Tigran was kind and a good communicator. The engine was good, but the air conditioner struggled in the heat of the day. Overall we made it work, but the beginning was rocky until we accepted it was what it was.

TJ was great at communicating and flexible in pickup and drop off. The unit worked well for the price that was spent. The only suggestion I would have is there is no way to level unit. Leveling blocks would be very helpful. We camped in a sight that there was no way to be level and it would have helped to have the blocks under tires.

We loved our camping experience. The motor home was a big hit with the kids. We’ll definitely book this again next year!

Everything was great, from checkout to checkin, and the vehicle operated well.

Overall, we had a great trip and made some wonderful memories. However, the RV itself didn’t quite match the expectations set by the photos online. It was noticeably more worn and dingy than advertised, and unfortunately, it wasn’t clean when we picked it up. There were several maintenance issues throughout the RV, including broken light fixtures and curtain ties, which made certain parts of the experience a little less comfortable. That being said, TJ was fantastic to work with. He was highly communicative, quick to respond, and very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which we really appreciated. His professionalism helped make the process smoother despite the condition of the RV. With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this could easily be a five-star experience.
