Well maintained 2018 Heartland Pioneer trailer, waiting for you to make memories! With a gross weight of 4400 lbs and dry weight of 3156 lbs, this trailer is light enough to be pulled by most full sized SUVs. This Trailer features a queen size bed in the front and two bunks in the rear. (The kitchen table can also fold down into a single bed suitable for a small child.) Trailer has indoor shower, toilet, stove, microwave, fridge, sink and electric awning. There is a lot of storage available for all your camping accessories, ready for your next adventure!The trailer is only available for use in campgrounds/campsites and is non smoking. Minimum of 2 day rental.** Unit requires vehicle equipped with a 2 5/16 hitch ball, 7 pin wiring and a trailer brake. Hitch has power jack**
