Bring your clothes, food and adventure gear and let the fun begin! Her length and light weight are easily towable. Lil' Miss Viking is outfitted with cooking utensils and pots/pans for easy food prep. The kitchen is equipped with sink, a two-burner gas cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and a new swivel (Lagun style) table has been added. The bed has a new queen mattress, and the slide features a jack-knife sofa that can sleep up to two. Essential linens are included; you don't have to pack bulky sheets, blankets, or towels. Near the bed is a Roku-enabled TV and the unit has a Bluetooth enabled indoor/outdoor sound system. All of our friends comment on the roomy interior. Whether you are a seasoned camper or new to RV Life, we know you will fall in love with this rig just as much as we love her.RVing has been part of my life since my parents bought a small travel trailer when I was young. Hello,I'm Lisanne T. Decker (the LTD) in RV Life LTD. I have been part of RVing since my parents bought a small travel trailer when I was young. We took it on many vacations with family and friends. In my adulthood, my husband and our two children lived in an RV for a season while we renovated one of our homes and again when we renovated his mother's home. We were in an older Class-A motor home, our children were small and active (and the motor home had NO slides), but those were some of the happiest memories. It allowed us to help my husband's mother while seeing parts of the country we loved.That Class-A retired long ago, but I recently purchased a travel trailer to help a friend in need. Some thought I was crazy for buying that RV, but it is never wrong to do the right thing. Once that season was over, I found I had an RV sitting in storage more than we could use ourselves. So I decided to share my travel trailer again, but this time on rental platforms like Outdoorsy and www.RVLifeLTD.com was born.Whether you are a seasoned RV traveler or want to create new memories this year with your family or significant other, I can think of no better way than to take a vacation in an RV. Pack up and take what is special with you (my puppy and pillows always travel with me!). While traveling to your destination, you'll also get the added bonus of seeing this great nation from a perspective that planes cannot provide.

Please take a moment to read the rules, guidelines and prohibited activities below. We appreciate you taking care of Lil' Miss Viking like she were your own.__Propane tank must be filled upon return. If desired, the Owner will fill tanks for a $37 surcharge.
__Please complete a general pick-up and put items back in there original storage bin or shelf. Please take out all the trash before returning. Dirty towels can be put in the shower. Used linens can be placed on the queen bed.
__Never allow foreign objects (non-dissolving items such as baby wipes, flushable wipes, or feminine products) to be flushed through the toilet.
__Never use chlorine or caustic chemicals such as drain opener or laundry bleach in toilet, sinks, shower drain, or pipes. RV Safe cleaners are provided.
__Please do not let food debris or particles to go down sink drains.
__Please do not pour any amount of grease down the sink drain. Soak up any oils with paper towels and dispose in the waste bin. Standard cooking with limited amounts of oil is acceptable, but please do not deep fry foods inside the RV. Cooking oils cause excess odor and prevents piping/grey tank from draining
__ The swivel table MUST BE removed (all three parts) to set up the jack-knife bed.
__Your safety first! Please do not text message or use any device while driving that could distract your attention; these activities can be dangerous and hazardous.
__Your safety first! Please drive at safe speeds, stay at a safe following distance, and do not exceed the posted speed limit. The vehicle weight and RV combined are heavy. Hard breaking and/or speeding could cause an accident if you cannot slow down or control the vehicle and trailer.
__Please protect furniture and upholstery from activities that cause stains, damage, and soiling. Take all necessary precautions to ensure occupants do not vomit or otherwise soil the RV unit. Services used to clean vomit, remove odors, and clean stains/soils on upholstery, bedding and/or flooring will be charged to your security deposit.
__Please do not smoke cigarettes, cigars, marijuana products, vaping devices, or E-Cigarettes inside the RV.
__Please pick up after your pet and honor pet rules set by the campgrounds. DO NOT allow your pets to pee or poo inside the RV; scents and stains from urine and feces are difficult to remove.
__No wire metal dog crates are allowed as they tend to scratch the floor.
__Please do not climb onto the top of the RV or attempt to stand or sit on the roof.
__Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Owner will cooperate and provide information related to inquiries made by law officials.
__The renter is also asked to consider the environment, be kind to nature, and use good campground etiquette.
