Mike couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! He made sure that we knew how to safely pull and set up the camper. It was sooooo much easier than setting up a camp site. The equipment was clean and like new, and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend!!! A+ trip!

Propane tank was empty, thank goodness we brought our own. Air conditioning and no electric upon arrival. Thank goodness we were staying on friends property and they were able to repair. Dirty, we had to clean it. Holding tank had several inches of sludge left in it. Hubby and friends cleaned it out. No paper towels, dish clothes, eating utensils and one bath towel. Again, thank goodness we brought everything we needed including bedding. Spare tire was also flat. Bathroom rug full of dirt, had been used outside, and just thrown in shower floor. Mike assured me we would get a partial refund but I have not seen this yet. Obviously the unit was not checked over from previous customer. Thankfully we had friends that put in a new GFI outlet, repaired loose a/c wires and reconnected the plug outside that was wired backwards. Had we just went camping and not on friend's property, we would of had to turn around and return it and go home.

Mike was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a grest experience.
