Renter will be responsible for damages as the awning is not covered by insurance.Renter is responsible for ensuring the site you book has full hook-up (sewage included in addition to electric and water). If you do not have sewage included on campsite, there will be a $100 dump fee.We do not expect it to be returned sparkling clean, but please pick up after yourself. If heavy cleaning is required upon return, an additional $50 cleaning fee (per hour) will be assessed.Please, No smoking inside (or additional $500 cleaning fee will be assessed).Do not put food in the sink drain.
Do not put anything but toilet tissue in the toilet.These additional fees will be taken from your security deposit.

5This was our first Ourdoorsy booking. The bar has been set very high! There were some weather concerns and the owner was VERY accommodating with excellent communication. We had 8 families book 8 different campers and ours was by far the nicest and cleanest! A+ all around and we will be making this an annual trip! Thanks again for everything Merv!

5We absolutely LOVED this camper! Larry communicated very well with us and he was very hospitable. The camper served all of our needs - was very clean and stocked with everything we needed! Our family would definitely choose this camper again! We highly recommend them!
