1. No Climbing on the Roof - There's no need to. Please refrain or damage will be deducted from deposit.
2. No Smoking inside trailer. Doing so will result in $200min cleaning fee.
3. All legally able adults MUST provide license information to Outdoorsy for insurance purposes. Even if you don't plan on driving, we will still require your license. We will not provide external insurance.
4. The vehicle attaching to trailer MUST have a 7pin brake controller & hitch. If your vehicle does not, please contact us and we will walk you through it.
5. No speeding with Midge, her speed limit is 65. Please refrain from speeding more than 65 with the trailer for safety reasons. We've had renters blow tires for speeding and it's an excessive cost at your expense.
6. Follow all road rules.
7. Return Midge with minimal to average dirtiness. Anything excessive like mud from festivals, muddy season, damage from snow/rain etc will result in extra cleaning and damage fees.

5What a cute little trailer! Everything was fantastic! We had 2 kids with us, which wasn't our original plan when we booked. But we were able to put one kid in the twin on the kitchen table, and one on a small pad on the floor. It worked great! Jade and Mac helped with any questions we had. Would definitely rent again!

5The owners of the trailer were just as awesome as the trailer itself. We had no issues and communication was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a Great Adventure!

5This was my first time taking a camper out on the road and I had an ambitious trip to cover around 16 states. Jade's camper known as "Midge" was easily the best choice I could have made. Midge has style, comfort and stability. I was driving an F150 and felt highly confident towing Midge, even through high winds and steep roads. The inside feels like a tiny house - the wood paneling and comfortable beds made the 3 week trip feel like a breeze. Jade was superbly helpful and responsive, any questions I had about Midge were quickly answered. Not to mention she offers plenty of extra amenities such as an air fryer, french press, blender, which made meals all the easier. Overall I highly recommend Jade as an Outdoorsly camper choice.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible. We understand that traveling comes with complications or delays. As long as there's communication on your end, we will do our best to accommodate. Please do keep in mind we are both students and both have jobs.
Q.
Checklist for Attaching Trailer to Hitch
A.
First and foremost, safety. Attach BOTH safety clips AND brake clip to truck. Unlatch safety hitch lock. Lower all trailer stabilizers leaving the MAIN ONE for last. Lower trailer onto the truck, once it connects, latch the lock, SAFETY PIN. RAISE trailer again, attach weight distribution bars (stick side up), FOUR SAFETY PINS. Lower trailer back down onto hitch. Connect brake controller, check brakes. CHECK ALL SAFETY PINS AND CONNECTIONS. Remove all wooden boards from tires and stabilizers.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Easy! We have everything in the compartment by the hookups that you will need! WATER: Filter from the trailer to the hose to the water pressure regulator to the spout ELECTRIC: just the cable SEWAGE: keep both closed. Attached sewage hose to camper first, then to dump hole. Make sure it's all twisted in and secure. OPEN AND KEEP OPEN GREY WATER. Open Black water, ONLY when need to dump. Keep foot on toilet handle for a bit to flush. Don't forget to close Black water when done.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Please remember that steering while in reverse is opposite. While reversing, put your hand AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WHEEL. To put the butt of the trailer to the right, turn upwards to the right. To put the butt of the trailer to the left, turn wheel upwards to the left. General reverse, it's easiest to move the wheel back and forth to straighten it out. Take your time. It can get frustrating. BREATHE. It'll all be okay. If you get it wrong, pull forward, breathe, and try again.
