The cute little class B camper van is in great condition with everything you need for awesome off-grid or hooked-up camping! It has a kitchen with a new Dometic fridge with with a little freezer section that can run off electric or propane, a two burner propane stove top, microwave, and a new, taller faucet for the sink. There is a folding section of counter for more prep space when needed. Also, a small table slots into a hole in the floor in front of the couch to eat on and has a nice storage spot behind the sink when you don't need it.The camper has air conditioning and propane heat for all weather camping. Lots of storage space.Includes a snap-on privacy curtain for the windshield area and an exterior weighted windshield cover to keep ice and snow off. All windows in the living area have white curtains that let light in but maintain privacy and can be pulled aside to show the view. It originally had heavy velvet curtains on all windows that were more light blocking but made it too dark if you just wanted a little privacy at a busy campground during the day, so I took most of them them out. I kept them, however, and they can put back in, if desired. The upper windows and the window over the couch open and have screens. Plus, there are two screens you can set in the front cab driver and passenger windows for more airflow without bugs. Also included are Reflectix window covers, custom cut to fit each window exactly. These are insulating and help keep in the heat or the AC. Plus, I have a new awning for the side of the van that I just never installed.Everything works, as far as I know, except the hot water heater.30 amp power. Water connection. I think it has a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 15 gallon gray water tank, and a small black water tank - need to double check the sizes but plenty for a few days off-grid, maybe even a week, depending on use. Stereo has a tape deck and radio with speakers in the cab and in the living area. Other things to noteThis camper van has kept its original 1992 upholstery. It has that adorable vintage feel.
Absolutely no smoking inside the van, please.
