We supply the weight distribution hitch but you will need to have a trailer brake controller installed on your tow vehicle.We include sheets, blankets, pillows if needed. The kitchen comes stocked with a couple pots and pans, cups, plates, silverware, knives. The bathroom comes prepared with towels. Please feel free to bring extra home goods for your preferred comfort level and family needs!Delivery available available upon request.Other things to noteNo pets or smoking allowed!Please don't use awning in windy weather. If the awning gets damaged this isn’t covered by the insurance and will be deducted from your deposit.

There were just 2 of us, so plenty of room. We didn’t need the bunks, but a nice option for families.

The camper was disappointing. There was no awning. The inside of the unit was dirty with sand/grit on floors, bed and side shelves in bedroom. Shower and toilet were dirty. There was no smoke detector. And the air conditioner did not work properly. Door also didn’t close properly.

This is a great little camper! This was the third year we rented this unit, and it still looks BRAND NEW! David and Tarayan are super nice folks, very easy to work with. Look forward to renting again from them next year!
