We love taking our adventure van out on an adventure. We have set a goal to hit the highest peak in every State and every National Park in the next 10 years. When we are not out adventuring we keep bees and teach other veterans how to keep bees. Since 2017 we have introduced beekeeping to over 100 veterans. If you rent our van you are helping us help more veterans heal through the vocation of beekeeping. You can visit our website at docshealinghives.org to learn more or donate. Thank you for helping us help others heal.

Host was very good. Took time to explain all the features. Description on website accuratley described what we got. Most odds and ends we could think of were provided...trash bags, lysol wipes, cooking seasoning, utensils, and on and on....

Took this van to Bonnaroo and we absolutely loved the van and it was a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised about the battery/power onboard, we were never plugged in because we opted for general admission parking but the power never got under 80% and we had it about six days. Can’t tell you how important that is at a music festival bc it gets so hot and the AC unit was a game changer. I would recommend getting this van for anyone going to a music festival, camping off grid, etc. I feel like this van can handle anything you throw at it. Also the bed was super cozy and that was also a plus :)

We had a great experience with our rental and love the ease of traveling in this van, Tim was great to work with and answered all our questions in advance of the rental. We did not have any of the issues mentioned in reviews by previous renters and would recommend this as a rental if you are looking for a "class B" type van. The longer length of this van allows for a front to back sleeping arrangement which is easier (to get in and out of the bed) than a lot of other class b vans.

The van was perfect. Full of amenities and everything we needed was there and so more. The bed is really comfy, everything worked perfectly. We didnt need to plug the van for the trip and we never been out of power.
Tim and Lisa are really nice. they made sure that everything was perfect before our departure, they were attentive, available and they responded quickly.
I would definitely rent with them again
You should take the opportunity to taste their tasty honey.!!

The campervan was wonderful. All systems worked flawlessly except the shore power which did not work. However, this had absolutely no effect on the trip. We spent 5 nights off grid on battery only with no issues. The van drives smooth, easy to handle and has all necessary safety systems (ie lane change warning, back up sensor, etc,). We averaged 15 mpg. Fully equipped and you need to bring nothing to have a stress free vacation. Tim and Lisa were wonderful to work with and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Tim was responsive and was able and willing to accept my week long booking on short notice which was awesome! A couple thoughts… There was an issue with the dry toilet not working discovered once I was already on the trip (he quickly got me pointed to the owners manual though and I was able to fix it) and the shore power wasn’t working at the time of rental (he disclosed before confirming) but didn’t adjust the rate for the this core amenity being out. That said, the van was beautiful interior, comfortable bed and nicely equipped for travelers who are looking for a show up and go! I appreciate Tim’s flexibility and would rent again. Thank you!
TIm’s answer
Hi Kate- Thanks so much for your review, we are delighted that we were able to accommodate your request to rent on super short notice and that you would rent from us again. It is our goal that everyone enjoys #LivingLucky as much as we do! We are still not sure what was going on with the toilet and relieved that it was just a simple tweak to resolve. We double checked the toilet once you returned the camper van and confirmed that it was functioning as expected. Regarding the shore power, we had been waiting for information from the manufacturer and we are glad to report that it was the display that required calibration and the batteries were at full power the entire time and did not impact your trip whatsoever. While a refund is not required by Outdoorsy, we understand that emergencies arise and we were happy to issue a refund for your early return to accommodate your schedule. Wishing you all the best and look forward to next time! Lisa & Tim
