Brand New Light Weight for the size at 7800lbs. 2 bed 1.5 bath makes for a great family getaway. Not many floor plans like this with so much space and room for family to have alone time without being in the way when sleeping. Must see and must have. Love this camper. What's includedComes with the necessities and can offer propane, grill and generator for extra fees. I have the complete set up and we can add what you need for a extra fee. Nothing we have is cheap and you will enjoy your trip if we discuss and come up with a package you wish. RecommendationsCamp grounds, lakes, national forests. No off roading permitted with our rig. Other things to noteCleaning fee will be strict
