2022 Dutchmen Atlas 3602 LFKB
Come stay in our 2022 Atlas by Dutchmen on your next camping adventure. You’ll have more than enough room with two bedrooms. King size bed in the master and two fulls in the back bunkhouse bedroom. Spacious living area with reclining theater seats to relax in. Dinette for meals can be converted to another full bed to provide additional sleeping arrangements. 1 and half baths make morning routines a breeze and less crowded when more one has to go! Feel relaxed when you take a shower in this huge shower with the peace of mind of not having to turn the water on/off to help with hot water conservation. Residential fridge provides you with enough room and space for all your groceries needs as well as the double door pantry for dry foods, etc. You can take the party outside with an outdoor kitchen that has an additional fridge and 2 burner stove. As well as a quick connect propane hook up for any additional grilling/gas needs. All while listening to music from the outdoor speakers and hanging out under the two awnings that can be controlled separately to provide maximum comfort and shade from the heat.What's includedPlease let it be known that Dry Camping is not allowed and when renting that you ensure that your site is full hookup. Water and electric hookup only is okay as long as there is a dump station on site.4 Camping chairs, and a folding table are provided. Additional chairs can be provided as needed. Cornhole boards, 22in Blackstone, Solo Stove firepit or 20in Propane Firepit, Outdoor kid games (Yard Yahtzee, jumbo connect four, large UNO, Bocce ball, Checkers, Large Jenga) can be available in storage below for an additional fee.Basic utensils will be provided along with pots & pans, and cookie sheets.Linens for the beds will be provided, pillows are the renters responsibility. Linens for dinette conversion can be provided if needed just let us knowing while booking.RecommendationsWe love the smokies and have found The Ridge Outdoor Resort to be our home away from home, and love the opportunity to see new campgrounds and what they have to offer. Please know when looking to book your stay please know the size of your site needs to accommodate 42ft in length and room for the slides on both sides. Along with 50amp service. Delivery is available up to 150 miles round trip, $2 for any additional miles over. If delivery is needed please remember to check delivery while booking. Other things to notePets are no longer welcome, we apologize for this and hope you all can understand that due to dishonesty we’ve decided to not allow them moving forward.No smoking inside

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. My wife and I enjoy providing weekend getaways and making last minute trip memories for our boys. We love quick trips to the Smokies here in East TN, but also soaking our toes in the sands at the beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic. With a camper it allows us to bring home and comfort to wherever we find ourselves visiting. We hope you find yourself enjoying your time camping and come back again again rather it be in our camper or your own in the future.

After an unfortunate cancellation from a previous booking, Outdoorsy and Jeff put together a last minute fix and provided us with a beautiful camper! Jeff was more than accommodating and made sure everything was correct prior to our arrival. He was accessible and respectful of our needs. Our weekend family trip in the Cumberland Gap area went awesome! I can’t say enough about how awesome it was to work with someone that cares and communicates! Will definitely be using again in the future!

Where to start…Jeff’s RV is immaculate and well equipped. The camper looks and smells brand new. It is incredibly spacious inside with a bath and half. My wife and I, and another adult couple rented this RV for a concert weekend at Bristol Motor speedway. The weather was not great so we spent more time in the camper than we wanted it to but at no point did we ever feel cramped inside.

Jeff was very easy to work with, great with communication for a last minute rental! We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in this beautiful camper in The Great Smoky Mountains and plan to use it again next year if available.

Weekend drop-off/pickup preferred. With enough time to plan can do weekdays, just need to know up front.
