High points: Gianna was pleasant and very helpful and gave us good options for pickup and return times. The van was comfortable and drove very well. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. It's mounted crosswise, but I had no problems despite being a full six feet tall. The chest refrigerator / cooler is very high quality and virtually silent. The coach battery is a very sophisticated and capable unit that incorporates an inverter, USB charging ports, and impressive capacity. The insulating window covers were easy to use and worked well, and there's a very nice privacy / insulating curtain that rolls down behind the cab. In general, the conversion uses high quality materials and components - no particleboard anywhere.Low points: For our trip, the dashboard outlet that provides charge for the coach battery did not work. We didn't realize it until setting up in the evening. The coach battery was completely dead, so we had no refrigeration, lights, or ventilation that night. Next, the listing description says that the van includes a stove and toilet. While this is true, be aware that there is some latitude in what 'stove' and 'toilet' mean. The stove is a pretty flimsy tabletop camp stove with no windscreen - see pictures. OK for light use, but not easy to use outdoors or for serious cooking. The toilet is not a cassette or composting toilet - it's a bit more minimalist. See pictures for this as well. OK for emergencies, but not for regular use. Finally, Gianna was very slow to respond to messages before we booked, after we booked, and during the trip. For our purposes, this was a positive experience despite the frustrations. We were able to work around the charging system problem, and we've done plenty of minimalist camping so cooking and toilet limitations were not show stoppers.
